Overview
All products sold through BC3D, operated by Boudinot Creative LLC, are produced using a made-to-order 3D printing process. Unlike traditional retail stores that ship items from pre-existing inventory, our products are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Because of this process, orders require production time prior to shipping.

Production Time
Each item must go through several stages before it is ready to ship, including:
- placement in the print production queue
- 3D printing of the item
- post-processing and quality inspection
- packaging preparation
Typical production time ranges from 2–3 business days, depending on factors such as:
- current order volume
- print duration of the specific item
- complexity or size of the product
- required post-processing steps
Some larger or more complex products may require additional manufacturing time.
Production times provided on the website are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.

Shipping Time
Once production is complete, orders are packaged and shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.
Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination and may vary based on:

Typical domestic shipping timeframes within the United States are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Orders typically begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because items are custom manufactured, orders may not be canceled once production has started.
If you need to request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
While we will always try to assist when possible, we cannot guarantee changes once manufacturing has begun.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
Boudinot Creative LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from:
- incorrect addresses
- incomplete addresses
- failure to collect packages from carriers
If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are largely outside our control.
