All products sold through BC3D, operated by Boudinot Creative LLC, are created using digital 3D models that are either:

- designed in-house by Boudinot Creative LLC, or 

- produced under appropriate licensing agreements from independent designers.

We respect the work of digital artists, designers, and creators, and we are committed to honoring all applicable licensing and intellectual property rights.

## Original Designs

Some products offered on bc3d.shop are original designs created by Boudinot Creative LLC. These designs are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers may not:

- copy or reproduce our designs 

- commercially reproduce products based on our designs 

- redistribute digital design files 

- create molds or derivative works for resale

Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs may violate intellectual property law.

## Licensed Designs

Certain products sold by BC3D may be manufactured under commercial licenses obtained from independent 3D designers.

In these cases:

- Boudinot Creative LLC has obtained the appropriate license to produce and sell physical versions of the design.

- The original designer retains ownership of the digital model.

Customers are purchasing a physical printed product only, not ownership of the digital design.

Purchasing a product from bc3d.shop does not grant the buyer any rights to the digital files used to produce the item.

Customers are not permitted to:

- request the digital model files used to produce products 

- scan or replicate products for commercial resale 

- reproduce designs for profit or redistribution
