At Boudinot Creative LLC, every product offered through BC3D is created through a custom manufacturing process using 3D printing technology. Unlike mass-produced products that are kept in inventory, our items are produced specifically for each customer only after an order is placed.
This made-to-order production model allows us to offer unique designs and customized products while minimizing waste and overproduction. Because each item is manufactured individually for the customer, all sales are considered final once production begins.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If an issue occurs with your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can work with you toward a fair and reasonable resolution.

Made-to-Order Product Policy
All items sold on bc3d.shop are custom manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing). Once an order is placed:
- Production of your item begins specifically for you.
- The item is not taken from existing stock or inventory.
- The product cannot be resold once produced.
Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Ordering the wrong color or size
- Personal preference after receiving the item
- Accidental purchases

Quality Commitment
Every product produced by Boudinot Creative LLC is carefully manufactured and inspected prior to shipment. Because our products are created using advanced 3D printing processes, slight variations in:

- minor visual differences
may occur and are considered normal characteristics of 3D printed products, not defects.
These natural characteristics are part of the manufacturing process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

Damaged or Defective Products

- structurally defective

Resolution Process

Because each product is custom manufactured, cash refunds are generally not available.
However, if we determine that a product is defective due to manufacturing issues and that a replacement is not the best solution, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
